The Pakistan President as saying the U.S.-led military attacks on Afghanistan should be stopped as soon as possible because the whole world saw them as a war against innocent civilians. He said he would ask the U.S. President, Mr. George W. Bush, to suspend the bombing during Ramadan, which would start in mid-November. Continuing the campaign during Ramadan would cause trouble throughout the Muslim world.) Gen.
